Let's Split is a course dedicated to the development of flexibility and strength in your lower body. My intention for this course is to be a portal that guides you into new levels of freedom, where you meet beautiful parts of yourself and uncover skills you never knew lived within. Throughout this journey, you will explore a variety of stretching and strengthening techniques designed to safely and effectively open your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. Each module is crafted to help you progress at your own pace, with clear instructions, modifications, and mindful practices that honor your unique body.
