These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Heart of Santosha website (heartofsantosha.com) and to all retreats, events, workshops, coaching services, and other offerings provided by Heart of Santosha. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. We've written them as clearly and honestly as we can — if anything is unclear, please reach out. We're always happy to talk.

1. About Us
Heart of Santosha is a wellness and meditation organisation based on Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. We offer retreats, workshops, events, and related services focused on mindfulness, meditation, authentic relating, and somatic wellbeing.

2. Use of This Website
By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site. You may not use our website to:
• Transmit unsolicited promotional material or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, video, and course materials — is the property of Heart of Santosha or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

4. Bookings & Payments
To secure your place at a retreat or event, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is specified on each individual event page (standard deposit: €100 / ฿3,500 THB). This deposit holds your space and covers planning and administrative costs.
The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event start date, unless otherwise stated. We will send a reminder as the date approaches. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release your spot.
All prices are listed in the currency specified on the event page. We accept payment via bank transfer and any other methods listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change for future events but will never change once your booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible:
• Deposit — Non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Cancellation more than 2 weeks before the event — Full refund of amounts paid, minus the deposit.
• Cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks before the event — 50% refund of amounts paid, minus the deposit.
• Cancellation less than 1 week before the event — No refund. At our discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future event.

6. Changes or Cancellations by Heart of Santosha
We put great care into planning every event. In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly change a programme (dates, location, or core content), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
We are not liable for independent costs you may have incurred — flights, accommodation, visas, etc. We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

7. Health, Safety & Participation
Some of our offerings involve physical movement, breathwork, emotional processes, or other somatic practices. It is your responsibility to assess your own suitability and to inform us of any relevant physical, mental, or medical conditions prior to participation.
You participate in all activities at your own risk. Heart of Santosha takes every reasonable precaution to create a safe environment, but we cannot be held liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage that occurs during an event, unless directly caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

10. Photography & Media
We occasionally photograph or film retreat moments for use on our website and social media. You will be informed in advance and your consent will be requested. You are never obligated to appear in any content, and we will always respect your wishes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We always aim to resolve any concerns directly and in good faith before any formal process is considered.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
